This three story residence, features a panoramic view over the saronic sea as well as a garden with a lawn and aromatic mediterranean vegetation perfectly suited for outdoor sunbathing and relaxation. The mild, rocky coastline directly in front of the house allows a refreshing splash in the clear waters.
You can enter the property either through the garage, through the main entrance which is located at the backside of the house, or directly from the seaside.
There are four roomy bedrooms in total: three bedrooms at the second floor with unobstructed seaview and one bedroom at the ground floor with a private patio. One is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two share one bathroom and the one in the ground floor features its own bath
as well. The villa also includes a tv-room with a big screen tv , a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy living room, a guest-WC and a spacious veranda, all located at the first floor.
