Perched high above the sea, the Pool House of Villa Koukounaries offers a unique experience of relaxation and refined luxury in Aegina.

It boasts breathtaking views, direct access to the stunning infinity pool with floating lounges, and carefully designed indoor and outdoor spaces that radiate understated elegance and tranquility.

Inside, you’ll find an open-plan layout with a living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious and sunlit bedroom features large windows with views of the pool and the endless blue sea. The stylish bathroom, finished with polished concrete and minimal design touches, completes the sense of calm and comfort. The sofa in the living area can also accommodate two additional guests, making it ideal for families or small groups.

Guests also have access to a private sauna, a gym, and a beautiful outdoor dining area with panoramic views. This space includes a barbecue and cooking facilities, all freely available for you to enjoy — perfect for relaxed summer meals and unforgettable evenings under the stars.

During your stay, you will have access to all the villa’s outdoor amenities, as well as the Pool House.

There is a small chance — though extremely rare — that the main villa may be occupied by other guests during the same period. However, the outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed to ensure complete privacy, and any potential guests in the main villa would have no reason to use the shared spaces.

You can rest assured that your sense of seclusion and peace will remain uninterrupted throughout your stay.

The Pool House is ideally located just a short distance from Klima beach — one of the island’s most stunning and unique beaches, known for its crystal-clear waters and peaceful atmosphere.
