At the heart of the property lies the pool level, where indoor and outdoor living flow effortlessly. The open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen open directly onto the terrace, where you’ll find a shaded outdoor dining area, a gas-powered BBQ, and beautiful seating areas nestled around the pool,the perfect spot to watch the sun dip into the sea.
This level also includes two serene bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and peaceful views, as well as a shared bathroom.
The lower-level guest suite is separate, accessed via an exterior entrance for added privacy. It features a queen-size bed, its own bathroom, and a sofa that converts into a double bed,ideal for a couple, friends, or a small family.
