This is a three-story seaside residence with panoramic views of the sea and a beautifully maintained garden with lush green grass. Right in front of the house, the waves gently caress the rocky shore, inviting you to dive into the refreshing waters or relax and enjoy sunbathing under the bright sun. You can access the property directly from the garage, through the main entrance, or straight from the beach.
The house offers four spacious bedrooms in total: three on the second floor with unobstructed sea views and one on the ground floor with a private patio. The master bedroom on the second floor features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom; one is equipped with two single beds, and the other includes a bunk bed and a sofa bed. The ground-floor bedroom features a double bed and also has its own private bathroom.
The villa boasts a TV room with a large-screen television, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living room, a guest WC, and a spacious veranda, all located on the first floor. The handcrafted outdoor dining table made of cement mortar and the teak wood seating create a welcoming space for meals, gatherings, or simply relaxing while enjoying the crystal-clear turquoise sea view. The wide windows allow sunlight to flood the interior, filling the home with vibrant energy and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Within walking distance, you’ll find a seaside Greek taverna, a supermarket, and small sandy beaches. The port of Souvala is just a 6-minute drive away, making the location convenient and ideal for your stay.
