A brand new house, next to the organized beach Prosinemo and also very close to non-organized beaches, with plenty of sunlight bathing all the rooms, it is a country house that simply combines everything!
Breathtaking views, sea, privacy, sea breeze, calmness are some of the elements that make this villa stand out.
On the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious balcony with a comfortable sitting area where you can enjoy your breakfast and of course the large and enchanting veranda which we are sure will appeal you more than all the other parts in the house. Taking the interior staircase leading to the second floor, you will find a superb bedroom with its own private bathroom and balcony that gives you the feeling that you are above the sea!
Finally, on the ground floor you will find a bathroom and the other two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed respectively.
